Pakistan v England - 1st One Day International
The current limited over skipper of England hails from Ireland

Arguably the greatest cricketer produced by Ireland thus far, Eoin Morgan is currently a pivotal member of the English limited overs team. The fiery left-hander made his cricketing debut for Ireland against Scotland in 2006. With the hope of making it bigger on the world stage, Morgan decided to play for England from 2009.

Thanks to his batting brilliance, Morgan soon emerged as a key member of the English squad. Eventually, he was even made the captain of the ODI team in 2014 and is credited with building the "new-look" aggressive English team. In fact, he is the only England captain to score more than 4 ODI centuries. Apart from ODIs, the swashbuckling batsman leads the team in the T20s as well.

Morgan played 190 ODIs for Ireland and England to date and has amassed 5801 runs at a decent average of 37.92.
