Despite six batsmen being dismissed for a duck, Zimbabwe still won the match

The record for most ducks in a match is 8. In a game that saw just 184 runs scored in 40 overs, eight batsmen were dismissed for a duck, including six from Zimbabwe (which is the record for most ducks in an innings along with Kenya).

After winning the toss, Zimbabwe elected to bat but things didn't go according to plan for the visitors at Port of Spain. They had already lost three wickets before they even got off the score board. Four of the top five, which included the likes of Vusi Sibanda, Stuart Matsikenyeri, Tatenda Taibu and Brendan Taylor all went without troubling the scorers. Only three batsmen got into double digits but Hamilton Masakadza's 44 and GA Lamb's 34 helped them score 105.

In reply, Andre Fletcher and Darren Bravo's dismissal made it eight ducks and thereby the world record. However, despite their batting collapse, Zimbabwe still managed to win the match as they restricted West Indies to 79/7.
