Umesh Yadav, the fast bowler from Vidarbha has featured prominently in the IPL over the years. His abilities of bowling regularly above 140 kmph has made him a mainstay in the Indian squad.

The pacer has made a name for himself in the longest format of the game. He can move the ball in both ways and his bouncers are a threat to any batsman. Yadav also holds the record for the fastest ball bowled by an Indian to his name.

The pacer exhibits sheer power in his bowling and is a great wicket-taker. His abilities to swing the ball late came to light when he took match figures of 4/24 against Rajasthan Royals in the 2013 edition.
