Ashish Nehra stared with CSK in 2015
Just like many players on this list, Ashish Nehra started his IPL career with the Mumbai Indians. The retired fast bowler was already a renowned bowler when he joined MI. In fact, it could be argued that he was brought in to breathe a little bit of fire into MI’s bowling lineup. He performed decently with the ball picking up 11 wickets in 14 games.

However, his form picked up when he moved on to play for other teams. In fact, he had his best year in the IPL in 2015 when he picked up 22 wickets in 16 games for the Chennai Super Kings. He just missed out on winning the purple cap by a whisker. He is also the 10th highest wicket-taker in the tournament’s history with 105 wickets from 88 games at an average of 23.42.
Currently, Nehra is enjoying his new role as the bowling coach of Royal Challengers Bangalore.

A wrestling aficionado since childhood, Sunil used to imitate his favorite wrestlers as a young kid, and started writing professionally about the sport via Sportskeeda’s revenue-sharing opportunity.
Sunil admires former world champions AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega for their ability to consistently deliver great matches as well as entertain crowds with their mic skills.
If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
Always focused on making his work accurate and reliable, Sunil thoroughly checks his facts before writing his articles. When not writing for pro wrestling, he spends his time watching cricket.
