England v India: Carlton Mid ODI Tri Series - Game 6

The 33-year-old should consider himself extremely unlucky to have played only 40 ODI games in his career, especially with an average of almost 50. He has performed really well whenever he was given an opportunity, but somehow he finds himself out of the team.

A member of the Indian Under-19 team at the 2004 World Cup, Rayudu is considered one of the most talented cricketers. However, he made a decision to join the Indian Cricket League (A defunct T20 cricket league) in 2007 and was banned by BCCI.

Though he made a comeback in 2009, he found it hard to get into the team. Rayudu has played 97 first-class games and scored 6151 runs at an average of almost 45.56. He has also played 143 List A games and scored 4600 runs at an average of 41.07.
