On January 11, 2012, the 1st ODI of the Sri Lanka tour of South Africa was played at Paarl. South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first. Hashim Amla (112 off 128 balls), Jacques Kallis (72 off 80 balls) and AB de Villiers (52 off 40 balls) played trustworthy innings and led South Africa to put 301 runs on board, for 8 wickets.
In reply, Sri Lanka failed to prevail the South African bowling line-up and floored to 43 all out in just 20.1 overs of their inning. Kosala Kulasekara (19 off 46 balls) was the only player to score in double figures.
Morne Morkel (4 wickets for 10 runs) and Lonwabo Tsotsobe (3 wickets for 19 runs) wiped Sri Lankan batsmen out and hence, the Proteas registered a huge 258 runs victory over Sri Lanka.
#4 43/10 Pakistan vs West Indies, Cape Town, 1993
On February 25, 1993, the 9th Match of the Total International Series was played at Cape Town. After winning the toss, Pakistan skipper decided to bat first. Aggressive West Indian bowling line-up floored Pakistani batsmen one by one, without giving them a chance to recover. 6 players went out for a duck. Zahid Fazal (21 off 44 balls) was the only player who scored in double figures for Pakistan. West Indies bowlers knocked Pakistan out for 43, off just 19.5 overs.
Courtney Walsh and Anderson Cummins took 4 and 3 wickets respectively to bulldoze Pakistani batting order. After limiting Pakistan to a trivial total of 43, West Indies took only 12.3 overs to chase the target down. West Indies won the match by 7 wickets, with 225 balls remaining.
