#2 IND vs WI - 3rd ODI ( with a cut in his finger)
Virat Kohli right now is in the form of his life scoring runs against all the mighty teams of the world. Virat became the first cricketer in the world to slog 3 consecutive ODI centuries during the ongoing India versus West Indies ODI Series. He achieved this feat in the 3rd ODI match held in Visakhapatnam.
However, there was also a hidden story behind his century against West Indies. Virat Kohli was batting with Rishabh Pant when this incident happened. Rishabh Pant called Virat for a run after hitting the ball but later declined it due to the threat of a run-out. But it was too late, as Virat had already traveled a few steps towards the other end.
On the sudden rejection of a run, Virat had to dive in to the crease to save his wicket. While diving, he got a cut on his hands which resulted in blood. However, Virat battled with pain and scored a brilliant century. But he did not get enough support from the other end as India lost the match by 40 runs.
