To be really fair, Hong Kong was not expected to stand toe to toe with Pakistan but will be really disappointed by the way they have been thrashed. There was absolutely no intent from Hong Kong batsmen and they did not have a clue on how to play swing bowling.

The main problem is the lack of exposure at the top level as they lost their ODI status five months ago. The future does not look bright without ODI status but they could provide some hope to the youngsters in their country by putting up a fight against India.
