One of the biggest surprises in England's squad was the inclusion of Adil Rashid. Earlier this year, Rashid turned his back on red-ball cricket and did not play county cricket for Yorkshire. Thus, his selection in the national side has invited a lot of criticism. With the Indian team not having too many left-hand batsmen in the side, Rashid is likely to be preferred over Moeen Ali.

Even though Adil Rashid had a terrific limited-overs series against India, Test cricket is a different ball-game altogether and the Indian team will look to take full advantage of that. Moreover, Indian batsmen are exceptional players of spin bowling and they will surely like to spoil Rashid's comeback in Test cricket.
