#2 Parvez Rasool

The Jammu and Kashmir off-spinner has been the best to come from that state in recent times. Rasool came into limelight in a warm-up game against Australia in 2013 where he picked up 7 wickets which helped him secure an IPL contract with the Pune Warriors.
Thereafter, he was a part of India's tour of Zimbabwe later that year when India opted to try out new faces. However, Rasool didn't get a game on the tour and had to wait for his chance. He finally got his ODI cap in June 2014 against Bangladesh.
He played one ODI there and a T20I against England in January 2017 but that was it for his international career. At the moment, Rasool's chances of a comeback look dim and he is without an IPL deal for two years now.
