Rishabh Pant is going to be an important figure in Delhi Capitals squad.

Rishabh Pant has had a 2018 to remember on a personal level. After making his place in the limited overs side, he made his debut in the test format for Indian Cricket team.

He performed extremely well in the recently concluded test series against Australia which by the way India won by 2-1.

He was the highest run scorer for Delhi Daredevils (former name of Delhi Capitals) last season, with a total of 684 runs in 14 innings.

He scored these runs at a strike rate of 173.60 and averaged of 52.62 for the whole season. He is an impressive and as an attacking batsman in the limited overs format.

If Rishabh Pant continues to perform at the level he performed in 2018, he could be a big factor in deciding where Delhi Capitals finishes at the end of IPL 2019 season.
