#2 Steve Smith (Australia)

Steve Smith became the eighth man to be added to the list of players who got dismissed for 199. He did the same in the second Test match against West Indies in Jamaica after they had wrapped up the first Test match in 4 days. He came in at number 3 following the dismissal of opener David Warner and Shaun Marsh. Captain Michael Clarke then joined Steve Smith in the middle.
Both of them saw off a testing opening spell from Roach and the impressive Jerome Taylor and were going good before Clarke edged one off Jason Holder for keeper Denesh Ramdin to take an easy catch. Adam Voges came in next and scored 37 before getting out. Shane Watson, Brad Haddin, and Josh Hazlewood supported Smith by hanging around in the crease while Smith was doing the bulk of the scoring. He was 1 short of his double hundred in the 126th over and the last ball was to be bowled by Jerome Taylor.
He bowled a quick, full length delivery angling in towards the leg stump and Smith looking to turn it towards mid-wicket missed the ball and was trapped in front for LBW and his brilliant innings of 199 off 361 balls came to an end.
He scored an unbeaten 54 in the second innings and led the team to victory. He was rightfully adjudged the Man of the Match.
Smith was recently banned for his involvement in the ball tampering incident against South Africa and will be ready to join the national side before the World Cup and bolster their side's hopes of a World Cup win.
