#2 Naman Ojha

Naman Ojha came into the limelight with his performances in the Ranji Trophy for Madhya Pradesh and contributions for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. During 2015, he was one of the best available options for the role of wicket-keeper batsman and hence got to debut for India against Sri Lanka.
Since his debut, Ojha has not played for India again. He is still an active part of his Ranji Trophy side and currently plays for Delhi Daredevils in IPL. With the rise of wicket-keeping options in India like Rishab Pant, Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan, he has gone down the pecking order which makes it difficult for him to return to the Test team.
#1 Karn Sharma

Karn Sharma was impressive in the IPL and he leapfrogged Amit Mishra as India's leading leg-spinner for a brief while in 2014. Hence, he got picked for India's tour of Australia in 2014 as their sole wrist-spin option.
Karn made his Test debut at Adelaide and failed to make an impact. With the abundance of quality spinners in India, the selectors have not considered him again for the longest format. However, the leg-spinner has been a consistent presence for Railways and is still part of the IPL as well.
His contribution with both bat and ball could have been useful for the Indian team had he performed well in his only chance. Karn's Test career can be considered over following the rise of younger and better leg-spinners in India.
