#1 Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan has been in terrible form in Test cricket for quite some time. Despite being given repeated chances, he hasn't improved his technique, particularly against swing bowlers, and has repeatedly got out by nicking the out-swingers to the wicketkeeper or slip fielders. It is now clear that he is a flat track bully and hence is quite unsuitable for conditions outside the subcontinent.
In England, Dhawan performed miserably for India as he managed to score just 162 runs in 8 innings at a poor average of 20.25. His highest score in the series was just 44 runs.
With players like Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal getting picked ahead of Dhawan in the Test series against the West Indies, it looks quite difficult for him to make a come back in Test cricket.
