Stuart Binny hasn't been able to specialize in any craft

Stuart Binny, the son of legendary all-rounder Roger Binny hasn't been able to replicate his father's success at international level. Despite playing for India on numerous occasions, he hasn't been able to establish his place in the XI.

Having played six tests, 14 ODI's and three T20I's, his only notable contribution has been his magical spell of 6/4 against Bangladesh.

In spite of being able to swing the ball in flat tracks and hit boundaries at timely intervals, he hasn't specialised in any of these.

This was the main reason for dropping him from the Indian team.

He was bought at his base price of 50 lakhs by Rajasthan Royals in this year's auction. He has played five matches so far this season and has scored just 44 runs and has gone wicketless.

It won't be a surprise if Binny goes unsold in the next auction due to his lack of specialisation.
