#1 Kepler Wessels (Australia & South Africa)
Australia and South Africa are two big names in the world of cricket and the power of these two giants is of no question. The two aforementioned nations have always been amongst the top contenders for any ICC tournament and will step into the 2019 edition as two of the favourites to lift the glorious trophy.
With that being said, there once was a player who had the privilege of representing these 2 highly respected countries at the World Cup. The player who is being mentioned here is Kepler Wessels.
Wessels' CV does showcases his participation in 2 different World Cups, with 2 different countries. Often appreciated for his calm and composed playing style, Wessels batted in the middle order.
Kepler's first World Cup appearance came in 1983 when he represented Australia at the grandest stage. He went on to play for Australia in both formats i.e. Test and ODI, before retiring from the Australian side in 1986.
With South Africa's return to the cricket scene confirmed in 1991, Kepler returned to play for his home nation. He captained the Proteas at the 1992 World Cup and did a remarkable job as they reached the semifinals and narrowly missed out on reaching the final.
