Indian captain Virat Kohli has, till date, amassed 9,919 runs in 204 innings in ODIs. He needs to score 81 more runs to become the fastest (in terms of innings) to complete 10,000 ODI runs. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is the current holder of this record - in 259 innings.

Virat Kohli will become fifth Indian and 13th player overall to complete 10,000 runs in ODI format. Sachin Tendulkar (18,426 runs), Sourav Ganguly (11,363), Rahul Dravid (10,889) and Mahendra Singh Dhoni (10,123) are the four players from India to score over 10K runs in ODI cricket.

118, 117, 99, 65 - These are scores of Virat Kohli in the four ODIs he played at Visakhapatnam, the venue of second ODI between India and West Indies. Kohli scored 167 & 81 (against England) in the only Test match he played at this venue till date. Looking at his love affair with this ground, Kohli will certainly aim to get to the 10K milestone in the second ODI against West Indies.
