West Indies v Pakistan: Group B - ICC Champions Trophy
Misbah-Ul-Haq never hit a century in ODIs

Misbah-Ul-Haq made quite an extraordinary impact on Pakistan cricket and under his captaincy, the team touched new heights and he even led the team to number one ranking in Test cricket. He was one of the most consistent batsmen for Pakistan and rarely failed to perform. However, he was unlucky as he never scored a century in one-day cricket.

In their first match of the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 in London, Misbah came close to tasting a century. Playing against West Indies, all the Pakistani batsmen except Misbah failed miserably. Kemar Roach and Sunil Narine ripped the heart out of Pakistan but through all the mayhem, it was the skipper who stuck at one end and scored an unbeaten 96 off 127 balls with five fours and three sixes.

Chasing a paltry score of 171, West Indies struggled but chased it down in the end. Albeit the team lost, Misbah received high praise for his valuable knock to get his side to a decent total.
