Another player who should be picked for the Asia Cup is Rishabh Pant. It is interesting that he has not made his One-day international debut yet for India. He is a dashing young wicketkeeper-batsman who can prove useful in the middle overs and up the ante.

He recently made his Test debut and if the indications of the selectors are anything to go by, Pant will surely be included in the Asia Cup squad.

Ambati Rayudu is back and back with a bang. Initially selected for England tour on the back of outstanding performances for CSK in the IPL but was dropped citing his failure to clear the Yo-Yo test. It is said that now he has cleared the test and is playing well in the Quadrangular Trophy.

This should be his shot at redemption to make a strong comeback to the National team.
