Brilliant bowling from the English pacers

England v India: Specsavers 2nd Test - Day Four
England v India: Specsavers 2nd Test - Day Four

Over the course of the 2 matches, 5 pacers have bowled for England. And none of them has had a bad spell, barring Broad in the first innings at Birmingham. The English seam bowlers have been accurate, hitting the right areas and asking regular questions. They have induced edges quite regularly and gone past the edges almost every over. Yes, the conditions have helped and the ball has moved considerably, but you still need to put the ball in right areas and that is exactly what they have done.

It has been a collective effort from them as they have given nothing away, resulting in the runs drying up. They have bowled like a unit and complimented each other very well. There was no weak link that the Indians could've targeted. It won't be unfair if we say that this has been one of the most complete fast bowling performances in recent times and it may continue. So, the Indian batsmen will have their job cut out in the next games after failing miserably in the first two.
