Tim Paine and Virat Kohli going head to head in the second Test

Tim Paine and Virat Kohli went head to head on the fourth day of the second Test in Perth. It almost became physical when Tim Paine was batting in the second innings.

The stump microphone picked up Tim Paine having a dig at Kohli and the umpires were forced to step in.

“You’re the one that lost it yesterday. Why are you trying to be cool today?” Paine said to the Indian captain.

“That’s enough, that’s enough. Come on, play the game. You guys are the captains,” umpire Gaffaney said as he got in between the pair.

It all started on day three when Tim Paine was batting and Kohli was standing in the slips. With two more Test match remaining in the closely contested series, one can expect a few more of these incidents.
