2. Narendra Hirwani - Most consecutive four-wickets-in-an-innings

Narendra Hirwani, though not a household name amongst Indian fans, made a splash upon his debut in international cricket in both formats of the game. His exploits in his short Test career are well known where he still holds the record for the best match figures on debut.
Hirwani made his presence felt even in the 50 over format. He holds the record for the most consecutive four-wicket haul in ODIs (three). His feat was equalled by several bowlers, later on, however, Hirwani was the one to achieve the feat first, back in the 1980's.
In the second match between India and New Zealand in the March 1988 tri-series that also involved Sri Lanka, he picked up four wickets for 43 runs. In the final, he excelled with figures of 4 for 46 that helped India clinch the title. He followed it up with figures of 4 for 50 against West Indies in the opening game of the 1988 Champions Trophy in Sharjah.
Agonizingly, his ODI career was cut short and he ended up playing only 18 ODIs as other tweakers like Kumble and Venkatapathy Raju grabbed his spot.
