The top-order batsman from Victoria has experienced many crests and troughs in his IPL career. He hasn't been as consistent as a player of his caliber would've liked though and perhaps that's the reason why he didn't stick around with one franchise for too long.

The 31-year-old amassed over 400 runs only once, when he played for Pune Warriors India in 2013. For the last two seasons, he played for Gujarat Lions, scoring 300+ runs in both the editions.
