He also played in 462 ODIs in a career that stretched over a period of 23 years (1989-2012) and it is only understandable that he would have his fair share of LBW dismissals over the course of such a long career. The Indian great’s 39 LBW dismissals is a direct function of the sheer longevity of his career and is not actually a reflection of any weakness in his feet movement.
