#2 Parvez Rasool

He is known for creating history by becoming the first player from Jammu and Kashmir to represent India. He came into the limelight when he performed extremely well for Jammu and Kashmir with the limited opportunities he got during the 2012-13 Ranji season. He finished the season as Jammu's top scorer and highest wicket-taker.
He is more of a batting all-rounder and can provide stability to the lower middle order. However, in spite of having these marvelous abilities, he was not able to cement his place in the national setup and couldn't find an IPL franchise due to lack of variations in his bowling.
He can bowl off-spin but cannot really get through the defence of the batsman. Also, this weakness in his bowling undermines his batting abilities. His last IPL franchise was three-time finalists Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2016.
After the 9th edition of the IPL, he hasn't been in the scheme of things and was unsold in the 2018 IPL auction. He will have to improve his bowling and add variety in order to be considered by the IPL teams.
