The England-born cricketer from Queensland made his international debut at the age of 20 against South Africa in Adelaide.

He has played 10 tests and scored 623 runs with one massive hundred and three fifties with a healthy average of 37. Renshaw is typical old-fashioned cricketer with the temperament to play long innings.

The 21-year-old impressed everyone on tour of India with his patience and ability to play on turning tracks. With age on his side to make it big in Australian cricket, the Ashes series in November could be his real test.
