The left-arm pacer, Dirk Nannes has been one of the few players to have represented two international teams - Australia and Netherlands. The bowler who was known for his tight lines, Nannes was purchased by the Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2011 and played two games for them. He was later replaced by Chris Gayle in the franchise.
He then joined the Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2013 and played five games but could pick up only four wickets. He did not play in the IPL after that.
