In 149 IPL games, the Indian captain has scored 4418 runs at an average of 37.44 and a strike rate of 130 with 30 fifties and four hundreds. He has the second most centuries in the IPL, after Chris Gayle.
SInce 2010, Kohli has scored at least 300 runs in every IPL season and 500+ on four occasions. The Indian skipper holds the record for the most runs scored in a single IPL campaign. He fell 27 runs short of the coveted 1000-mark during the 2016 IPL when RCB finished runners-up to Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians.
