Karun Nair is one of the most promising batsmen in India who hasn't got enough opportunities to show his true worth to the team. He plays for Karnataka in FC cricket and has also represented Delhi Daredevils and Rajasthan Royals in IPL.

Having made his debut in 2013-14, he was instrumental in Karnataka's Ranji Trophy win that season. He has consistently scored runs in First Class cricket with 4522 runs in 63 matches and 13 hundreds.

Karun is fondly remembered for his breathtaking maiden triple-hundred against England in Chennai. England batted first after winning the toss and scored 477 in their first innings. Karun walked in at 211/3 and started his innings on a positive note ending the day unbeaten on 71.
