#2 Manpreet Gony
Manpreet Gony made a name for himself in the very first season of the IPL. At that point, it had looked as though the Chennai Super Kings had discovered India's next bowling sensation.
His debut IPL season saw him finishing with 17 wickets from 16 games at an average of 26.05. He also displayed impressive control when bowling and was one of the bowlers to watch for that season.
The following year saw a complete change in fortunes for the bowler. The control with which he bowled during his first IPL season seemed to vanish and he began leaking runs on a regular basis. He also became easy for the batsmen to read which made him somewhat predictable.
Since then Gony has failed to rediscover the sharpness which he showed during his first IPL season. This has seen the bowler make way for other talented stars to rise and make a name for themselves.
