Hardik Pandya provides a nice balance to the team. He can bat anywhere in the middle order and can attack from the word go. His ability to tonk sixes for fun coupled with his all-round abilities and electric fielding has made him one of the finest all-rounders going around.

The lad from Baroda made his ODI debut in 2016 and has played 42 matches thus far. In 27 innings, he has scored at an average of almost 30 with a pretty impressive strike rate of 114.53. He also has 40 wickets to his name.

Currently, he is nursing his lower back injury which he sustained during the Asia Cup 2018 tournament. He is expected to recover very soon. His return will be crucial as he is an important piece in the Indian Team's jigsaw puzzle and his form will be crucial for India's fortune at the World Cup.
