#5 Deepak Chahar - Fast bowler

Deepak Chahar made his debut for India in ODIs and T20s in 2018. His impressive domestic performance has earned him a spot in the Indian team. However, he couldn't shine in both the games and he was dropped for the subsequent games. The Indian team Management might not go with Deepak Chahar before the World Cup as they seem to have found the third seamer in the form of Khaleel Ahmed.
Chahar has been phenomenal in T20s. In 2018, he played 22 T20 games for Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan and claimed 30 wickets at an average of 17.00 and a strike-rate 15.2. He played a major part in CSK's IPL success. Also, there are only a handful of bowlers who bowled better than Chahar in T20s across the globe in the calendar year.
Chahar's ability to bat lower down the order will help him to cement a place in Indian T20I setup. It is very likely that if he keeps up his impressive performances, Chahar will be in the flight to Australia to represent India in the World T20.
