ECB XI v India A - Tour Match
Krunal performed wonderfully for India A in England

Krunal Pandya has been a familiar name in recent times. He rose to fame after his stellar performances in the IPL. Krunal played for the Mumbai Indians where he justified his all-rounder tag. The all-rounder has played 39 IPL games where he has scored at an average of 30.78 and has scalped 28 wickets with an economy rate of 7.12.

Owing to these performances, the 27-year-old was picked to represent India A in England. His performance was up to the mark in England, with both bat and ball. He spun a web around England A's batting line-up and also clicked with the bat. With Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja in their ranks, the selectors may not look towards Pandya for the tests.

India's lower order in one-day internationals looks weak, the Indian side may opt for Krunal as an all-rounder for the upcoming limited overs fixture. It will be a perfect opportunity for the Baroda all-rounder to prove himself before the 2019 World Cup.
