Samuel Badree

Samuel Badree is one of the mystery bowlers- a commodity which has become common after the introduction of T20s. He has been an important part of the West Indies team over the years and has been a good servant of the team.

He has played in three seasons in IPL. While everyone remembers his stint with RCB in 2017 when he bowled beautifully not many remember the fact that he was a part of the CSK side in 2014.

Badree played in 4 matches for CSK in 2014 and picked up 2 wickets for the side. He bowled at a paltry average of 48 but his economy rate of just 6.9 was extremely impressive. He was underutilised in CSK due to the presence of a number of quality spinners.
