#1 Jason Holder

West Indies cricket has a legacy of producing some of the best all-rounders in the world. Jason Holder made his debut for West Indies in 2013. He became a permanent fixture in the side when players like Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard decided not to play for West Indies because of some issues with the board.
Despite him not being exceptional with neither bat nor ball, it is really surprising to see why West Indies cricket board rate him so highly. Holder has played 77 One Day Internationals and 31 Tests so far for West Indies.
Holder has scored only 1327 runs and picked up 56 wickets in 31 Tests, which is really poor for an all-rounder. Though his ODI record is not really bad, he has not done anything great for the team over the years.
