Arguably the greatest left-arm fast bowler of all time, Wasim Akram was always destined to reach great heights. He also had a charismatic personality and when he spoke, he made sense more often than not. Wasim was the only Pakistani cricketer to be named in the all-time Test World XI team that marked the 150th anniversary of Wisden Cricketers’ Almanack.

After his successful cricketing career, Wasim dived into coaching, and no team would be happier to engage him as their coach. He is currently the coach of the Kolkata Knight Riders. Apart from this, he is also a very regular figure on Indian television.
