#2 Rishab Pant
The swashbuckling Delhi wicket-keeper was ignored in favour of Dinesh Karthik, but has had a good time with the bat both in 50-over cricket as well as 20-over cricket.
In the Vijay Hazare Trophy, Pant made 266 runs in 7 matches at an average of 44 and in the IPL thus far, he has made 393 runs in 10 matches at a strike-rate of 173.12.
Following the tour of England, India are scheduled to play West Indies at home. He could hope to get a look in at some point then.
