#4 Aditya Tare (MI-2015 & SRH-2016)
Another player with same teams, same swap and the same result.
Aditya Tare has won two titles with MI in 2013 and 2015. The Mumbaikar is also famous for his six against Rajasthan Royals which miraculously took Mumbai Indians to the playoffs in 2014.
But Tare found it hard to break into Mumbai's mighty batting line-up in 2015. He played in just two games in the tournament and scored only 14 runs. But the batsman still managed to take home the winners medal.
Tare was released by Mumbai Indians before the start of the 2016 season. And just like Mithun, he too was bought by SRH. Tare failed to win the management's trust in Hyderabad as well. He played in two games in 2016 and scored a mere 8 runs.
But it did not matter in the end, as SRH defeated RCB to win their first ever IPL title.
