#4 Umesh Yadav

Another player who got selected in the Indian ODI and T20 sides after good performances in the IPL was Royal Challengers Bangalore's fast bowler Umesh Yadav. Yadav bowled with excellent control, taking 20 wickets in 14 matches.
The 31-year-old has always had the pace to trouble the batsmen but his lack of control has been a problem. Looking at his new found confidence in T20 cricket, Yadav was included in India's ODI and T20 sides for the tour of England. Unfortunately, he disappointed once again and was dropped from the side.
The Vidarbha pacer made a surprise comeback in the ODI team in the home series against the West Indies but wayward bowling was his undoing once again. The selectors gave Yadav one last chance to present his case for a place in India's World Cup squad by selecting him in the T20 series against Australia but he failed again. With a string of exclusions and poor returns, it will be difficult for Umesh to repeat his last year's performance.
