Tymal Mills sent shockwaves in the cricketing world when he was bought by the RCB for a whopping Rs 12 crore in the 2017 auction. The left-arm pacer was brought in to replace Mitchell Starc, who had left RCB with mutual consent and ended up becoming the second highest paid foreign player in the history of the IPL.

However, he managed to pick up only 5 wickets in 5 matches and that too with a high economy rate of 8.57. His frequent injuries and inability to adapt to the Indian conditions also mean that RCB should be looking for alternative options.
