#2 Mustafizur Rahman (Bangladesh)

Mustafizur Rahman became famous overnight when he tormented the Indian batting line-up on his ODI début. The batsmen failed to read his variations and he became only the second bowler after Zimbabwe's Vitori to take five-wicket hauls in his first two ODIs, paving the way for Bangladesh's first-ever ODI series win over India.
Mustafizur continued his domination in the shorter format of the game by performing exceedingly well for the Sunrisers Hyderabad and other T20 franchises across the globe. He has an impressive record of 44 wickets from his 22 ODI matches and is one of the few bowlers in ODI cricket who has an average of less than 20.
This all started when he impressed during his campaign in the 2014 U-19 World Cup. He played six games and took nine wickets with an effective average of 18.44.
