3.Paul Nixon - Jamaica Tallawahs

The English wicketkeeper-batsman Paul Nixon has had a vast first-class career but on the international platform, he has played only 19 ODI for England.
Nixon retired from the domestic circuit during the 2011 English season and the enthusiastic stumper took up his coaching assignment with Jamaica Tallawahs in the premier edition of the Carribean Premier League tournament in 2013.
In the first season, Tallawahs finished second in the league table but comprehensively defeated Guyana Warriors in the final to clinch the title. However, Tallawahs won again in the 2016 edition of CPL after defeating Warriors again in the final in an utterly one-sided affair. In addition to this, he led Tallahwahs to the play-off spots in the fifth year of the CPL event.
