Trevor Bayliss is currently employed as the head coach of the England cricket team but has never played International cricket in his career. However, in coaching domestic T20 teams, he has accomplished a tremendous amount of success.

Bayliss led Sydney Sixers to the inaugural Big Bash trophy in 2012 and also won the Champions League T20 title with them in the same season. Besides, Sixers even ended up as runners-up in the 2015 season of the BBL.
