Pakistan's chase was severely mediocre

For the second successive time, Pakistan's batting looked out of sorts, with the top order batsmen unable to make sufficient headway.

There were no solid partnerships in the middle either. Sarfraz Ahmed played a useful knock, only to be run-out while going for an ill-advised run.

Pakistan needs to iron out the chinks in its batting armour sooner than later.
