India has registered 400 plus scores in One Day Internationals for five times. They scored 400 for the first time against Bermuda in the World Cup. India scored 413/5, a World Cup record, with the help of Virender Sehwag's 114 and half centuries from Yuvraj Singh and Sachin Tendulkar.
The second time India went past 400 was against Sri Lanka thanks to Virender Sehwag's 146. Then they scored 401/3 against South Africa with the help of Sachin Tendulkar's 200 and 418/5 against West Indies, in which Virender Sehwag scored 219 runs.
Their fifth time was against Sri Lanka in the year 2014 when Rohit Sharma registered the highest ever individual score of 264 in an ODI inning. All of the scores of 400 plus have resulted in wins for India.
