Fawad Ahmed is one of the oldest players in the Caribbean Premier League but he has been performing as good as any youngster in the league. Ahmed is 36 years old and is a Pakistan-born Australian Player.

Ahmed has already represented Australia in 2013 but he couldn't retain his place in the side due to the arrival of Nathon Lyon. He was brilliant this year for the champions, picking up 22 wickets in just 13 T20s at a brilliant average of 14 and a strike rate of 13.

Ahmed is a leg break bowler, a spinner who is in huge demand across the T20 leagues. IPL teams like Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals are on the lookout for a leg-spinner and they could lap him up in the next auction.
