#3. Rohit Sharma became the first captain to register two T20I tons

Since the Champions Trophy 2013, Rohit Sharma has redeemed himself as a batsman and also as a cricketer.

The change in batting position worked wonders for him. Since 2013, he has scored 23 centuries in limited overs cricket for India (19 in ODIs and 4 in T20I) at an ODI average of 60 and a T20I average of 35. We can't forget 3 double centuries in this period. In the last five years, Rohit Sharma has taken himself to a whole new level in world cricket.

In the recently concluded T20I series, Rohit Sharma has scored his 4th T20I century- the most by any player in the format. He overtook Colin Munro of New Zealand who has 3 T20I centuries to his name. In the process, he also became the first captain ever to score two centuries in T20I when he scored an unbeaten 111 in the second T20 against Windies in Lucknow.
