Australia's D'Arcy Short has been a new find for Australian cricket. The left-handed Short went past Shaun Marsh to become the leading run scorer in a single edition of the Big Bash League. His ability to strike the ball at the top of the order provides a quick start for the team. Short has dominated this season of the BBL and has taken the Hobart Hurricanes into the top four. The 27-year-old is a player to watch out for in this year's IPL auction. The explosive left-hander can also roll his arm over for a couple of overs, his spin can be beneficial in Indian conditions which favour the spinners. Short has scored 702 runs in T20s with an average of 41.29 and has also picked up six wickets.
