Seven dead, one injured in Pakistan after a cricket match

As many as seven people were dead and one was severely injured after the end of a cricket game between children in Pakistan. This incident happened earlier today when the children had a dispute among themselves about the game. The situation became worse when adults interfered as they decided to register a case against one another at the Rajoia Police post.

Things turned ugly thereafter as one party opened fire and the other retaliated. The gun battle led to seven deaths while one was injured. “At least seven people were killed and one injured after rival parties exchanged heavy fire at a police post where they had come to register a case against each other following a row between their children during a cricket match in Havelian,” read a report on Pakistan’s Geo News.
