The former Indian skipper always refers to Ian Bell as "Ghanti". Bell means "Ghanti" in Hindi. He has used this term plenty of times during Bell's time at the crease.
During England's visit to India in 2012, Dhoni used this term for Bell quite often when Pragyan Ojha was bowling to him. In due course, the left-arm spinner ended up getting the better of the English middle order batsman.
